WorldFLEXhome is the first modular construction system that can be built up to 10 floors and transported according to the international standards regarding shipping and land transport of 20 ‘high cube shipping container standards. The modules are manufactured at the factory with finished internal surfaces.
The first WFH building was built in Frederiksværk and later moved to Via University College Horsens, where the building is part of Via’s teaching campus in sustainable building design, heat pump tests, etc.
The modules can be assembled for a variety of configurations. The engineering module consists of all technical items including wet rooms that can be configured according to all general housing such as nursing homes for elderlies and youths. The modules can be separated, transported and reconfigured easily following the types with just a few modifications.
